What Causes Dark Color Menstrual Discharge?
What causes clotting or dark menstral blood?

A uterine fibroid is a non-cancerous tumor that originates from the smooth muscle layer and the accompanying connective tissue of the uterus. It is the most common benign tumors in females and typically found during the middle and later reproductive years. While most fibroids are asymptomatic, they can grow and cause heavy and painful menstruation, painful sexual intercourse, and urinary frequency and urgency.

Ovarian cysts are small fluid-filled sacs that develop in a womans ovaries. Most cysts are harmless, but some may cause problems such as rupturing, bleeding, or pain; and surgery may be required to remove the cyst(s).

Such conditions are due to cold uterus in TCM terms. The metabolic activity in the womens reproductive organ is below tthan normal that nodules or cysts are formed, as cell death is an active process. The therapy I used can help warm up the reproductive system and therefore, is able to treat uterine fibroid, ovarian cyst and other female reproductive system problems. It helps to dissolve the fibroid and cyst as well as any internal scars and lumps in the uterus, ovaries and breasts that form naturally or as a result of childbirth, miscarriage and/or abortion by increasing nutrient supplies and the normal biological activities. All of the related symptoms can be eliminated as complete body healing is accomplished.

Related symptoms that can be treated include:

1. Menstrual period with dark discharge, clotting and/or other tissues
2. Fibroids and the related symptoms of nausea and abdominal fullness, headache, pelvic cramping, etc. before and with period
3. Ovarian cyst, breast lump
4. Chronic fatigue as a result of child birth, miscarriage and/or abortion

Mild to moderate cases require a 1 to 2 month treatment and 3-6 months is needed for severe cases. Patients should notice symptom reduction within 1 month.
