Treatment of Severe Depression
Client is female age 35. Client came to me on in June 2011 with depression. She had been seeing psychotherapists and therapists for the last three years. Her complaint was tiredness, depression, hopelessness, great sadness and unable to focus on family and work.
She was unable to sleep, eat, and function in her daily activities. She was using an anti depressant drug, which she no longer wanted to take, and chose not to visit her therapist as she felt after three years, she was getting no where.
After six sessions at 40 minutes each, she is now happy, bright, full of life, and functioning normally, living her life without the use of drugs.
