Personal Information: Dr. Dixon has been in private practice since 1982. Dr Dixon was elected twice as past president of Tipsters of San Diego. Dr. Dixon has volunteered for various community functions and lent his chiropractic expertise to assist firefighters during the 2003 San Diego Wildfires. Dr. Dixon served as TEAM doctor for his childrens soccer and baseball teams, and served on the PTA. Dr. Dixon served Honorably as medical technician in the USAF Medical Corp. These duties included every aspect of hospital and administrative function. During that time he was assigned to the 354th Tactical Fighter Squadron that was temporarily dispatched to Korat, Thailand in 1973. His duties included personnel, flight line, hospital, and outer gate medical care. He was awarded the Vietnam Campaign Ribbon. Dr. Dixon has been a National Association Underwater Instructor Enumeritus in diving since 1969. He was an Eagle Scout, member of the Order of the Arrow, and recipient of the Atal Tarie Dei Award while in the Boy Scouts of America, 1969.
