In the thirty-five years of working with individuals interested in their own mental, emotional, and physical healing, Shakti has found a number of tools and modalities which facilitate a person's health, healing and evolution. In particular, she specializes in helping a person identify and change the thoughts, beliefs, emotions, energy blockages, traumas, metabolic dysfunctions, toxicities, and nutritional deficiencies which cause poor health. Using nutrition, homeopathics, herbs, essential oil therapy, energetic healing, and counseling, an individual is able to discover what they need to optimize their well-being. Health is about making new choices and developing a new relationship with the body, mind and spirit. Shakti has many years of experience in assisting an individual in this transformation process.
