Dr. Eichenauer graduated in 2002, all A(s) with a Master degree from a four year NCCAOM accredited program in all aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Oriental Medicine) from one of the best schools in the country, the East West College of Natural Medicine to become a NCCAOM Board-certified Oriental Medicine Doctor (OMD) and a Licensed Acupuncture Physician (LAP). Dr. Eichenauer completed this 4 year program in only 3 years.

When asked why he became a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Dr. Eichenauer replied,

When I was a young boy, I was so interested in how the body works and how it heals, that I built those models of both a man and a woman with the plastic skin you could see through to identify the internal organs. I was amazed at the complexity of it all.

Later when I was a Medical Disability Examiner for Social Security from the early to mid-1970s, I began to add an additional focus of discovering what works in medicine, what does not work and how to most successfully implement what works...This was assisted by 3 years of continuous on the job training into what we in Oriental Medicine call Western Medicine and disability issues...

I began my exploration of herbs many, many years ago in 1985 when I was looking at options to lower my blood pressure. I came across a book on herbs in a book store and looked up herbs that lower blood pressure. Among the herbs suggested and the one I tried first and the herb that worked to lower my blood pressure was plain old garlic. I took garlic oil in capsules, I still take garlic capsules everyday to keep my BP normal and my heart functioning properly and to keep my circulatory system clear and to keep my arteries supple and flexible.

I was frankly amazed at how well garlic worked for me. It was this personal success that inspired me to really start studying herbs and to eventually in 1999 begin my formal degree program to further that study. Since graduating in 2002 I have spent thousands of hours studying herbal medicines practically everyday. I use herbal medicines exclusively for my own and others health maintenance and restoration.

Over the years I have observed herbal medicine working safely, effectively and without side effects, while during that same period I observed Pharmaceutical Drugs having an adverse or detrimental impact on my family members, friends and patients...

I believe herbs are one of the greatest gifts from God to humanity...even animals seek out the healing benefits of plants.

Here is Dr. Eichenauers record of continuing education, training and experience since becoming licensed as an Oriental Medical Doctor and Licensed Acupuncture Physician:

In 2002 Dr. Eichenauer received advanced training in Electro-Dermal-Screening. Electro-Dermal-Screening is also known as Electro-Meridian Imaging (EMI).

Also in his first year in practice as an Acupuncture Physician, he developed the revolutionary Somato-Spiritual-Emotional Technique (SSET)tm for healing depression and PTSD as well as healing emotional crisis components that can prevent healing from happening.

In the 2003 and 2004 period he received extensive education and training in the treatment of auto-immune disorders, lab test result interpretation just as he does every two years.

In 2006 and 2007 he received extensive training in Acupuncture/Acupressure Face Lift and Facial Rejuvenation from Dr. Zee Lo one of the foremost and most successful facial rejuvenation acupuncture and acupuncture face lift practitioners in the country. Dr. Eichenauer also trained in Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

In 2009 Dr. Eichenauer received comprehensive Training in Iridology from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective from the foremost practitioner in the US Robert Teng Fang Wu, L.Ac.

Beginning in 2010 and continuing to the present Dr. E began studying and practicing special astonishingly effective Taiwanese acupuncture treatment methods from experts whose family knowledge goes back hundreds of years.

Dr. Eichenauer told us that this was important because:

Almost every practitioner of Acupuncture around the world has been erroneously trained to use herbal diagnostic and treatment protocols for acupuncture diagnosis and treatment.

The diagnostic and treatment protocols for herbal healing are brilliant and work amazingly well for diagnosis and treatment with herbs. Using the herbal diagnostic and acupuncture treatment protocols derived from it, doesn't work very well for Acupuncture diagnosis and treatment.

On the other hand, when you use diagnosis and treatment principles that are appropriate for acupuncture, the results with acupuncture are positively amazing. According to one of my teachers, the results I am getting on a consistent basis with my patients places me in the top 1 to 5% of all Acupuncturists in the world.

In 2011 Dr. E added to his formal education advanced educational training in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome...its many causes and effective treatments, and the effective treatment menopause and other women's health issues with acupuncture and natural herbal remedies and medicines. In addition, he received advanced training in Korean Hand Therapy Acupuncture treatment for a host of problems including pain in various parts of the body.

In 2012 Dr. Eichenauer completed advanced studies in Auricular Acupuncture which is acupuncture of the highly effective points on the ear. He also completed advanced training on effective Chinese Herbal Medicine replacements for most Pharmaceutical Drugs.
In 2013 Dr. Eichenauer has completed more advanced training in Taiwanese style acupuncture focused on Internal Organ disorders including those that cause diabetes and even insomnia.

Here is Dr. Eichenauers offer to you...I love what I do. I have a passion for healing. Why not let me help you with your health issues? After all that is why I became an Acupuncture Physician and Doctor of Oriental Medicine....to help you.
