Successful Treatment of Tennis Elbow
The Patient is a 46 year old female Tennis player referred by club pro.

This was a classic case of lateral epicondylytis aggravated by mid to late seasonal play.

Right Upper extremity evaluation revealed tight trapezius, with restricted levator scapula and very sore and tender cervical rotator muscles in the cervical spine. Her cervical flexion was diminished with pain at 50 degrees and left lateral rotation was painful and restricted.
Cervical Myalgia and Tennis Elbow was the final diagnosis.

We adjusted her neck and scapulae as well as the elbow. We started doing Graston and Cold Laser on the elbow with ice instructions at home after a 2 week period of rest and treatment. Week 4 additional home exercises were given to help stabilize the arm and neck.

She reported complete relief from the elbow pain. We continued to treat the neck for 2 more weeks. At that point patient was released from care completely satisfied.
