Successful Bulging Disc Treatment
A bulging disc occurs when the discs between the vertebrae develops a weak spot and pops out to protrude into the spinal canal with the disc remains intact. When the bulging disc impinges on the nerves of the spinal column, symptoms begin. In the lower back, it can cause pain to travel to the hips, buttocks, legs, and feet. In the upper back, the pain would radiate from the neck down the arm and to the fingers. Approximately 90% of bulging discs occur in the lower back, or lumbar area of the spine. The most common lumbar bulging disc is in L4-L5 or L5-S1, which causes pain in the L5 or S1 nerves. When the sciatic nerve is impinged, it causes sciatica.

The therapy in my clinic is to focus on restoring the damaged disc structure and healing the disc injuries using different treatment methods including specific herbal remedy and herbal patches. By healing the disc injuries, the associated pain and sciatica will be eliminated. Patients usually notice improvement in 2 to 3 weeks and can expect a complete recovery with full functionality and total pain elimination within a total of 1 to 3 months of treatment. As part of the healing process, patients may feel pain increases at moderate to severe intensity during the first 2 to 3 weeks due to the mix of healing and increased nerve sensations, especially for trauma related cases.

Bulging Disc - 1 to 3 Month Program

I would recommend a 1 month treatment with the specific herbal remedy and herbal patches for patients with mild or moderate condition. Patient may experience total symptom elimination afterward. For severe conditions (where the disc is on the verge of rupture), I will recommend a 3 month program with the herbal treatment.

Un disco abultado se produce cuando los discos entre las vertebras desarrollan un punto debil y sobresalen en el canal espinal mientras el resto del disco permanece intacto. Cuando el disco abultado presiona los nervios de la columna vertebral, los sintomas comienzan. En la zona lumbar, podria irradiar el dolor desde el cuello hacia abajo del brazo y los dedos. La terapia en mi clinica consiste en enfocarse en la restauracion de la estructura del disco danado y curar las lesiones de disco usando metodos de tratamiento diferentes que incluyen remedios y parches elaborados a base de hierbas. Durante la curacion de las lesiones de disco, se eliminara el dolor asociado y problemas de ciatica. Los Pacientes por lo general notaran una mejoria en 2 a 3 semanas de tratamiento y podran esperar una recuperacion completa con total funcionalidad y eliminacion del dolor en 1 a 3 meses de tratamiento. Como parte del proceso curativo, es posible que los pacientes puedan experimentar un aumento en la intensidad del dolor de moderado a severo durante las primeras 2 a 3 semanas debido a la mezcla de sensaciones de curacion y a un incremento en las sensaciones nerviosas, especialmente para casos relacionados por trauma.
